Obtaining a Refund of Your Purchase!
Please follow the guidelines below to request a refund. All refund request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase and in accordance with the guidlines below.

  • All requests for refunds must be made in writing to CyberScrub within 30 days of the date CyberScrub, or its transaction affiliates, first made the software available to you for download (the “Purchase Date”). CyberScrub is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail, delays for downloading, or other communication system delays.Send all requests for refunds to the address below:

  • If a CD version of the software was purchased, the CD must be returned to CyberScrub in its original resalable condition, including any packaging, documentation, manuals, and accessories. CDs that are not returned in original condition will be charged a restocking fee.
  • Prior to requesting a refund, you must contact CyberScrub Customer Support Team to report the issue and provide them an opportunity to resolve your issue. Refund requests must include your support ticket number as this will be reviewed with your refund request. CyberScrub provides a fully functional trial for most of its products and encourage you to take a trial prior to your purchase to become familiar with the product. As such, refund requests due to functionality deemed to be normal operation of the product by the Customer Support Team will be denied.
  • You must provide CyberScrub with sufficient information to be able to identify your transaction, such as the CyberScrub order number, transaction date, email address used, name on order, and billing address.
  • CyberScrub will only refund the amount you paid for the software plus any appropriate taxes charged with that order. CyberScrub will not refund any shipping or handling charges that may have been charged to you in respect of your return of your CD to CyberScrub.
  • Refunds will be made in the same manner as your purchase.
  • All refunds will be made within 10 business days of receiving valid refund requests.
  • Finally, CyberScrub makes every attempt to be respectful and fair to you. CyberScrub asks that you also be respectful and fair to CyberScrub employees. CyberScrub understands that product issues may happen and CyberScrub will make every attempt to correct these issues when they do. Please understand that the employee you are in communication with did not create the issue and is only attempting to assist you in resolving the issue. As such, any abuse towards CyberScrub employees may result in your refund request being denied.
